Adam Quint, based in London, is a lead consultant in the Technology and Communications Practice. He co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Private Capital Tech segment and is a trusted advisor to private equity and venture-capital-backed digital growth companies across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Adam has extensive experience working closely with technology pure-play as well as omni-channel businesses to address their senior executive and board talent needs. He also partners with Private Equity firms to hire senior digital and technology talent into their funds in both full-time and Advisor roles.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Adam was COO of Student.com, a VC backed online student accommodation business and earlier he served as the Head of Digital Strategy and Innovation at the Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to that he was CEO of TotallyMoney, a fintech digital startup which he sold to private equity. He spent the first eight years of his career as a Strategy Consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Adam earned a BA in international history and politics from the University of Leeds while spending a year abroad at McGill University in Montreal, then completed an MSc in international relations from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in North London with his wife and four sons who take first place in his life.
