Adam Quint, based in London, coleads Egon Zehnder’s Chief Marketing Officers Practice in the UK and is active in the firm’s Technology and Communications Practice. With deep expertise in digital transformation, strategy, and marketing, Adam is a trusted advisor to multinational corporations as well as private equity and venture-capital-backed growth companies across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. He has particular expertise in media and telecommunications and has worked closely with large multichannel and digital pure-play businesses to address their talent needs. Adam is also part of Egon Zehnder’s Digital, Financial Tech, and Consumer practices.

I love helping clients and candidates see things through a different lens, bringing clarity where there wasn’t any before, and creating opportunity and growth out of something that had been perceived as a problem.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Adam ran his own digital consulting firm serving corporates, startups, and private equity firms. Before that, he was COO of Student.com. Earlier, he served as the Head of Digital Strategy and Innovation at the Lloyds Banking Group and as the Managing Director of Media Ingenuity, a digital startup focused on performance marketing for the financial services sector. Adam spent the first eight years of his career as a Strategy Consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Adam earned a BA in international history and politics from the University of Leeds, also spending a year at McGill University in Montreal. He then completed an MSc in international relations from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Columbia Business School. Adam’s wife and four sons come first in his life, and he serves on the board of his children’s school. He also loves sports, especially cricket.
