Pamela started her career as a retail buyer at Bloomingdales and in product management at Mars.

Pamela earned a BA in Political Science and French from University of Michigan and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management. She is a regular speaker on evolving talent trends in the boardroom at the University of Toronto Rotman School’s Director Education Program.
