Richard Stark, based in London, is a trusted advisor to global companies on talent strategy and succession planning. He leads executive search for CEO and C-level roles, senior marketing executives, and supply chain leaders, primarily for clients in consumer and professional services. Richard is a leader of the Egon Zehnder’s global Consumer Practice and is active in the firm’s Services, Chief Marketing Officers, Supply Chain, and Executive Assessment and Development Practices.


Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Richard was VP Corporate Development at Allied Domecq plc, based in the UK. He started his career in the London office of Boston Consulting Group, rising to Senior Manager and Leader of the UK Corporate Development Practice. With BCG, Richard played a key role in several major M&A and post-merger integration projects, including LloydsTSB, Polygram Universal, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Richard earned his MA and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
