Erin Costello, based in Atlanta, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Health and Supply Chain & Operations Practice Groups. She brings over a decade of experience working across complex organizations with a philosophy grounded in structured thinking and collaboration. Erin advises clients on large-scale transformation programs, helping leaders and teams deliver procurement transformation, operating-model redesign, merger integrations, and cost-optimization initiatives that create sustainable value.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Erin was a Managing Director in the Strategy Life Sciences practice at Accenture with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector. She also has experience across the media & technology, retail & consumer goods, and financial services industries.
Erin holds dual bachelor’s degrees, both from the University of Georgia: a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Outside of work, Erin enjoys running, watching and playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She is a contributor to the nonprofit Per Scholas and supports diverse and small-business organizations.
