Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Gauthier was a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he supported his clients on strategy and Marketing & Sales topics. Among others, he helped FMCG and Retail clients improve their commercial decisions with Periscope, a proprietary suite of digital tools. Gauthier started his career with BNP Paribas Fortis where he held multiple roles with a focus on corporate and investment banking.
He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, Belgium. Gauthier remains involved in his alma mater as a teaching assistant on communication and the co-founder of the Young Solvay Alumni Club. Outside of work, Gauthier is passionate about traveling the world with his wife, eclectic music and snowboarding.
