Prior to rejoining Egon Zehnder, Phil served as Founder of PJM Executive Search, serving both public and private equity-backed clients in Industrial Manufacturing and Services, Consumer Durables, and Technology. Previously he spent nearly twenty years at Crist|Kolder Associates, where he served as Partner and Managing Director, recruiting Chief Financial Officers and their direct reports, Presidents and CEOs, and public company Board Members in the Industrial, Consumer Durables, and Life Sciences and Healthcare space. He began his career at Egon Zehnder.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
