I approach each conversation as an opportunity to build life-long friendships and find shared success. The Internet of Things and petabytes of data are merely new versions of the interconnected reality we already live in.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Rajiv was an Associate Partner at IBM’s Global Business Services, where he oversaw digital transformation, big-data analytics, and cognitive computing. Previously, he founded and led Sanskrt Ventures; was CEO of NDTV, India’s leading cable-news network; and was a Senior Vice President at the Nexstar Broadcasting Group, now Nexstar Media Group. Rajiv began his career in digital media at Viacom, where he was the youngest Vice President.

Rajiv has an MS from Stanford University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and completed post-MBA studies at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also has an MTech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi. His pastimes include meditation, yoga, and dabbling in oil painting and abstract art.
