Alex Lee, based in Hong Kong, is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice in Greater China. Alex is a respected advisor to the heads of midsized and large, new and well-established, multinational and homegrown B2B and B2C companies across the travel and hospitality, retail, consumer products, services, and consumer technology industries. He draws on his deep digital experience to help them succeed in the new and digital economy by engineering culture shifts and introducing innovations to their organizations.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alex held the post of Chief Marketing Officer at ATV Digital Media Ltd in Hong Kong. Before that he served as the CEO of Leo Burnett Ltd. Earlier in his career, Alex held various director roles at Ogilvy & Mather in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing and management and then a Postgraduate Diploma in marketing (with Distinction) from Curtin University of Technology in Australia. He is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Hong Kong powered by HKDMA (HK Digital Marketing Association). When not working, Alex enjoys sampling good food and wine from around the globe, sparring with his Muaythai coach, and cheering on the Arsenal Football Club.

李础强在澳大利亚科廷大学获营销与管理专业商学士、及营销学研究生文凭（优等生）。 他也是香港数码营销协会(HKDMA)成员。 闲暇时，李础强喜欢品尝环球美食与美酒、和泰拳教练切磋拳术、并为阿森纳足球俱乐部喝彩。
