Richard Lin is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Global Technology and AI Practice Group and serves as the firm’s Global Semiconductor Segment Leader. Drawing on deep expertise across semiconductors, enterprise technology, and AI-enabling technologies, he advises clients on executive search, succession planning, board effectiveness, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Richard works with leading technology companies globally on leadership challenges at the intersection of innovation, growth, and transformation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Richard was Vice President of Asia Sales at Atmel Corporation, where he led the company’s semiconductor and solutions business across the region. Before this, he held various global and regional management roles at TriQuint Semiconductor in the United States and China. Earlier, he worked in technology marketing at Centillium Communications, a Silicon Valley start-up. Richard began his career in Japan as a Research & Development Engineer for Mitsubishi Electric.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys adventure travel and exploring the outdoors with his wife and two children. He is also an avid AI filmmaker and drone videographer.

加入亿康先达之前，林伟仪担任Atmel公司的亚洲销售副总裁，负责半导体业务线。此前，他在TriQuint半导体公司历任各项管理职务，常驻中国和美国。而在 TriQuint之前，他在一家硅谷新创公司Centillium通讯公司担任技术营销工作。林伟仪职业起步于日本，当时他在三菱电机担任研发工程师。
林伟仪是加拿大多伦多大学电气工程学士、美国斯坦福大学电气工程硕士。他也是哈佛商学院MBA。工作之余，他喜欢与妻子和两个孩子共度休闲时光，如在香港山间远足或去有异国风情的地方旅游
