Anuradha Tyagi, based in Mumbai, is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer & Media Practice and leads the Firm’s CHRO Practice in India. She is a trusted advisor to clients on topics across leadership succession and advisory, culture transformation and organization design. Drawing on her strategic astuteness and deep experience in leading and supporting high-performing, diverse teams, Anuradha helps clients solve critical and evolving business challenges.

I am most energized by helping organizations navigate changing business contexts with a human lens. Our role is a privilege – to learn from inspiring leaders and to play a part in building authentic leadership is indeed special.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Anuradha worked in India with Salesforce, first as Business Development Head for their CPG and Retail business verticals and then as Director – Industry GTM Advisory for APAC. Prior to that, she was a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company and a leader in the Consumer and Marketing & Sales Practices, working extensively across Asia and Europe and leading teams on strategy and commercial excellence programs.

Anuradha earned a B.A. in Economics (with Honors) from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) at Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow, where she also won the Tata Business Leadership Award. She has authored several articles and thought leadership blogs, published in The Times of India and The Economic Times, and participated as a keynote speaker and panelist in multiple industry roundtables and forums in India.

Outside work, she enjoys cooking and painting, watching documentaries, traveling with her husband, and spending time with family and friends.
