She is a trusted advisor to clients, drawing on deep experience supporting high-performing, diverse teams with organizational design, executive search and leadership advisory services. Anuradha is especially passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, an area in which she has gained extensive hands-on experience, and about helping digital natives, startups, and incumbents to strengthen their digital ecosystems.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Anuradha worked in India for Salesforce, a cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California, first as the India Lead for developing business in the retail and CPG sector and then as a Director in the Industry GTM Advisory. Prior to that, she was a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company working extensively across Asia and Europe. Anuradha launched her professional career as a business analyst at Ernst & Young in India.
Anuradha earned a B.A. in Economics (with Honors) from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) at Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow, where she also won the Tata Business Leadership Award. She has authored several thought leadership blogs, published articles in The Times of India and The Economic Times, and participated as a keynote speaker and panelist in multiple industry roundtables and forums in India. Outside work, she strives for a balanced lifestyle and enjoys cooking and painting, watching documentaries and traveling with her husband, and spending time with family and friends.
