Anna Auerbach, based in New York, is active across Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Digital work. While drawing on her strong background in professional services to advise clients, she is also deeply focused on technology, having launched, led and successfully exited a people analytics Saas startup.
I’m excited about helping companies find tomorrow’s leaders. Every company’s success, culture and competitiveness are determined more than anything else by its leadership.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anna was a startup founder and operator. Her startup, Werk, pioneered Saas analytics for HR policies and benefits. She began her career at McKinsey & Co, focused on the tech sector, with significant work in the organizations practice. She then worked at two niche consulting firms, both with a strong focus on social impact, leading one as the Chief Operating Officer.
Anna earned a BA in economics and psychology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Russian. Outside work, Anna is active in the Wildlife Conservation Society and enjoys traveling and spending time in the Berkshire Mountains and at the beach with her husband and two young children.
