Anna Auerbach, based in New York, is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Digital practice. Anna is an experienced advisor, founder, and operator. Anna spends most of her time working with high-growth companies at key inflection points with an emphasis on CEO succession, board development, and technology officer roles. Anna also has a spike in working at the intersection of technology and private equity, both within the portfolio and on the fund side. She currently leads the Consumer Technology and the PE-Tech segments.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anna was a founder and CEO of a venture-backed SaaS analytics platform. Her company's software and data insights were featured in HBR, Fast Company, WSJ, Bloomberg, and other publications. She began her career at McKinsey & Co., where she focused on strategy and organization design in technology, media and telecom. After McKinsey, Anna worked at two specialty consulting firms, leading one as the Chief Operating Officer.
Anna earned a BA in economics and psychology from Brandeis University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
