Anna Auerbach, based in New York, is active across Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory, Diversity & Inclusion, and Services practices. While drawing on her strong background in professional services to advise clients, she is also deeply passionate about technology, the social sector, and human resources, having led a start-up focused on people and analytics.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anna cofounded and served as a coCEO of Werk, which operates an SaaS platform in New York City. That was preceded by the role of COO of Moonridge Group in Las Vegas. Earlier, Anna was a Case Team Leader at the Bridgespan Group in New York.
Anna earned a BA in economics and psychology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Russian. Outside work, Anna is active in the Wildlife Conservation Society and enjoys traveling and spending time in the Berkshire Mountains and at the beach with her husband and two young children.
