Harshad Sardesai, based in Palo Alto, leads the firm’s global Enterprise Tech Practice within Egon Zehnder’s Technology & AI Practice group. In addition to regularly conducting CEO, board director, chief product officer, and chief revenue officer searches, he actively helps clients assess their executive teams and high-potential leaders and plan their succession and development.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Harshad was the Vice President for U.S. Field Operations & Business Strategy at Hewlett-Packard’s Enterprise Group, based in Palo Alto. Previously, he was a Client Partner at Infosys Technologies. Earlier, Harshad served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company advising enterprise software and supply chain clients on corporate and business unit strategy, business model transformation, global account optimization, and sales effectiveness.
Harshad earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Poona in India and an MS in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University. He regularly meditates, sometimes as often as twice a day, to stay focused, balanced, and energized.
