Alice Todorov is a core member of the Private Equity and Financial Services practices. She draws on her extensive experience working in Private Equity in London and Paris to advise clients on leadership, recruitment, and talent development with a particular focus on senior-level investment professionals, investor relations and group functions, as well as building senior management teams of portfolio companies.

I’m passionate about people. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and candidates to help them define their strategy and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alice worked in General Atlantic’s London office, focusing on fundraising and investor relations. Earlier, Alice held several positions in investment banking at Lazard and Barclays, focusing on French mergers and acquisitions and TMT.

Alice has an MSc in management from HEC Paris (Grandes Ecoles) and a master’s of international taxation from the Université Panthéon Assas. Outside of work, she aims to empower the next generation of women leaders.
