Great leadership decisions start with clarity. I help clients understand what they need and gain confidence in the leaders who can take them forward — and I’m energized by the nuance and variety that every search and advisory partnership brings.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jessica was a Managing Director at GLG, where she led multidisciplinary teams and oversaw several of the firm’s most strategic client and commercial initiatives. Over nearly two decades, she built a record of delivering results by cultivating high‑performance across her organizations, solving complex challenges with clarity and precision, and driving large‑scale, high‑impact transformation. She is recognized as a strategic partner who helps organizations navigate change and build leadership capabilities that endure.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics from Pitzer College (a member of the Claremont Colleges) and a master’s degree in Quantitative Methods from Columbia University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their goldendoodle, getting outdoors with family and friends, hiking the hills of Marin County, and heading to Tahoe in the winter to ski.
