Jessica Larson, based in San Francisco, is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Services and Private Capital practices. With nearly two decades in industry experience, she is a trusted advisor to clients on executive and board search and leadership advisory matters. Jessica focuses her efforts on understanding organizational goals, helping leaders and their teams reach their full potential.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jessica held senior leadership roles at GLG across client success, content solutions, sales, account management & marketing, and commercial leadership. There, she honed her ability to find elegant solutions to complex challenges and lead transformative initiatives. Throughout her career, she has excelled as a strategic partner, offering tailored solutions to leaders and their teams, and helping organizations navigate change with a forward-thinking approach.
Jessica holds an M.A. in Quantitative Methods from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Pitzer College. Outside of work, you can find her with her husband, two children, and their dog hiking the hills of Marin County. During the winter, she enjoys skiing in Tahoe and watching her children improve their skills each season.
