Rogério Ribeiro Scatolini, based in São Paulo, leads Egon Zehnder’s Brazilian operation, heads the Industrial Practice for Latin America, and conducts executive search.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Rogério was Global Director for Base Metals, Energy and Fertilizers Capital Projects at Vale, having earlier served as Director of Strategic Procurement for Capital Projects. Previously, he was a Project Manager with Odebrecht, a large Brazilian industrial conglomerate, working in places such as Rio, Angola, New Orleans, Miami, and Djibouti. Rogério was also a Leadership Development Associate at Shea Homes, based in California.
Rogério earned a BS in Civil Engineering at Escola Politécnica de São Paulo, and an MBA from the Walter Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, where he was awarded a full scholarship.
