Alison Lohr, based in Atlanta, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Products Practice. Drawing on her deep experience across the consumer goods and retail sectors with a particular focus on marketing and general management, she supports clients with executive search, management assessment and development, improving team effectiveness, and talent strategy.

I have developed many strategies and plans that never made their way off the written page, but placing the right talented individual in the right role delivers lasting change for an organization, time and again.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alison led Corporate Strategy at Kimberly-Clark as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, where she was responsible for organization-wide corporate development, competitive insights and strategy. Before that she served as the North American VP for Strategy and Planning at the Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta. Earlier, Alison was at Halyard Health (a Kimberly-Clark Healthcare spinoff), where she was in charge of global marketing and new ventures. She honed her consumer and strategy skills as a McKinsey & Company consultant specialized in consumer growth strategies. Alison began her career at Capital One, in addition to founding a tech startup.

Alison earned a BA in economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside work, Alison is an avid reader and team sports devotee, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
