Based in Berlin, Constantin Fechner is active in Egon Zehnder’s Board and Leadership Advisory, Technology & Communications and Sports practices. Drawing on extensive experience gained as a successful executive and consultant, he concentrates on supporting high-growth scaleups and PE-backed enterprises.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Constantin served as the Vice President Growth at Serrala (Waterland), helping lead the Hamburg-based FinTech to a successful exit. Previously, he was Head of Global Sales Operations at Nobel Biocare (Danaher) in Zurich, where he helped transform the Sales Organization and prepare the company for an IPO. After launching his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Berlin, Constantin advised international organizations including the United Nations, the European Union, Deutsche Bank and others as an independent consultant.
Constantin earned a BA in business administration from the Berlin School of Economics as well as a MS in international management at ESCP Europe, graduating with distinction. He is a certified Systemic Coach. A former professional basketball player, Constantin enjoys playing competitive beach volleyball and spending time outdoors with his wife and two young sons.

Bevor er zu Egon Zehnder kam, war Constantin Fechner als Vice President Growth bei Serrala (Waterland) tätig und half, das Hamburger FinTech-Unternehmen zu einem erfolgreichen Exit zu führen. Zuvor war er Head of Global Sales Operations bei Nobel Biocare (Danaher) in Zürich, wo er bei der Umgestaltung der Vertriebsorganisation und der Vorbereitung des Unternehmens auf den Börsengang half. Nach seinem Karrierestart als Berater bei der Boston Consulting Group in Berlin betreute Constantin Fechner als unabhängiger Berater internationale Organisationen wie die Vereinten Nationen, die Europäische Union, die Deutsche Bank und andere.
Constantin Fechner erwarb einen BA in Betriebswirtschaft an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Berlin sowie einen MS in Internationalem Management an der ESCP Europe, den er mit Auszeichnung abschloss. Er ist zertifizierter Systemischer Coach. Als ehemaliger Profi-Basketballspieler spielt Constantin Fechner gerne Beachvolleyball und verbringt viel Zeit mit seiner Frau und seinen beiden Söhnen in der Natur.
