He focuses on the industrial and consumer goods sectors, with deep expertise in retail, procurement, supply chain, and operations. Edgar supports leaders in global corporations and fast-scaling tech environments. He works to guide organizations to be future-ready by aligning talent with transformational goals and creating structures that foster collaboration, high-performing teams, and sustainable growth.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Edgar held senior leadership roles across global corporations and high-growth tech environments. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Procurement and Innovation at Razor Group. Prior to that, he was Co-CEO at Peek & Cloppenburg, overseeing procurement, product and digital initiatives across international retail markets. He began his career at Daimler AG, where he spent over a decade in procurement, production and supplier quality.
Edgar holds a Bachelor in Business from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and a BA in Business from the Open University in London. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, hiking, and staying active at the gym.
