Anoop Prakash, based in Chicago, is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Automotive & Mobility, Technology, and Consumer practices. He has a special interest in working with global companies to develop diverse, high-performing teams and help them define and implement their go-to-market strategies. In this context, Anoop draws on his considerable industry experience to provide executive search and leadership advisory services to CEOs, CHROs, and executive teams.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anoop spent 10 years with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company in key general management (P&L), sales, and marketing roles in the U.S., Canada, and India. Before that he worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as Deputy Chief of Staff, preceded by the position of Associate Administrator for Entrepreneurial Development at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Earlier, Anoop worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company and held strategy and business development roles at two technology companies. Before embarking on his business career, he served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
After growing up in the Midwest, Anoop earned a BA in economics and public policy from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new places with his wife and two daughters. Anoop is a former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and sits on the board of the Hunger Task Force.
