Justin Casazza, based in Chicago, leads Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Services Practice, as well as the firm’s Business Services Practice globally. He works across functions, with a particular focus on general management, operations, strategy, and commercial leadership roles. Justin has deep experience working with CEOs, board members, and human capital executives on leadership assessment and development, C-level succession, and management appraisals, and he is also active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice.
So much of identifying and developing great leaders is understanding their true motivations. I take great satisfaction from discovering what drives people and, most importantly, helping leaders discover that for themselves.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Justin spent nearly a decade in strategy and human capital consulting. As a case team leader at Bain & Company, he advised clients across the services, industrial, and consumer sectors. Justin was also actively involved in leading major internal training and development programs. As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, he designed compensation and incentive programs for senior executives and boards across a range of industries.
Justin earned a BA in economics from Colgate University and an MBA (with high honors) from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Time with his family is very important to him, and he loves traveling, trying new foods and wines, and attending local sports events.
