Based in Hong Kong, Clara Cai is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Practices in Asia, focusing on Greater China banking, private capital and AI-driven businesses. She brings a distinctive blend of finance and entrepreneurial experience to deliver leadership solutions for clients across the region.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Clara served as CFO of MenuSifu, a high growth consumer software company, where she led finance and investor engagement through a scale up and market expansion phase. Earlier, she spent a decade with J.P. Morgan, heading China Disruptive Commerce Investment Banking and originating and executing cross border M&A and capital markets transactions for leading technology and consumer platforms. Clara began her career in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance in Hong Kong and later moved into M&A investment banking with Lazard.
Clara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Hong Kong and studied at Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management. She completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and is an HBS alumna. Outside of work, Clara is passionate about disruptive technology, advising startup founders and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.

加入亿康先达之前，蔡小翔曾担任美国消费软件公司MenuSifu的首席财务官，期间主导财务与投资者关系，推动公司在扩张阶段发展。更早之前，她在摩根大通亚太投资银行部工作十年，负责中国消费科技投资银行业务，主导并执行多项科技与消费平台的跨境并购及资本市场交易。她的职业生涯起步于德勤香港审计业务，随后转入拉扎德 (Lazard) 从事跨境并购投资银行工作。
蔡小翔毕业于香港大学，获经济与金融学士学位，并曾就读于清华大学经济管理学院。她完成了哈佛商学院的高管行政项目 (General Management Program)，是哈佛商学院校友。工作之余，蔡小翔热衷于科技创新领域，长期为初创企业创始人提供建议，并积极指导新一代创业者。
