Based in Hong Kong, Jenny Mok is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer practice, with a focus on retail, apparel and luxury sectors. She draws on years of experience in the consumer and luxury industry, and has deep functional expertise in marketing & sales and strategy development.

Immediately prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jenny served as a Senior Director in the Transformation Office at Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Before that she founded and ran a B2B business specialized in cold brewed beverages. Earlier, Jenny honed her consulting skills at The Boston Consulting Group in San Francisco, focusing on marketing and sales across a broad array of industries. She began her professional career as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.
Jenny earned a degree in business administration with honors from the Ivey Business School at Western University in Ontario, Canada and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Outside work, she can often be found buried under a heap of toy construction vehicles, cars, or trucks by her two young sons.
