Alexis de Romanet, based in Paris, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Services Practice Groups, focusing on both executive search and leadership advisory. He brings a unique perspective shaped by his previous roles as a Strategy Consultant, Chief of Staff, and HR Director to support clients across the full spectrum of people and leadership topics.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Alexis was HR Director at Edenred, where he led the people strategy, with a focus on leadership and talent development. He had previously served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO of Edenred, supporting the company’s executive agenda and transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Alexis was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising global clients on strategic topics.
Alexis holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master in Management from ESCP Business School. He is fluent in French and English and has working knowledge of German. Outside of work, Alexis is a classical music enthusiast and amateur pianist, a dedicated football fan, and a proud father of two.
