Marc draws on his deep international background and experience to develop and apply a wide range of insights and solutions for executive search and assessment, talent management, and CEO succession.

The sole measure of success is business impact. Sometimes we have to rewrite the rules and wander off the beaten path to find the best solutions for our clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Marc was the Chief Operating Officer of the Services division of CPA Global, a private equity backed intellectual property management and technology business. Before that he served as the Managing Director for Germany of williamsleatag, a U.K.-headquartered global outsourcing business that was previously owned by Deutsche Post DHL. Marc launched his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants working with clients in aviation, transportation and logistics.

Marc earned a Master’s in international economics from Pantheon-Sorbonne University and a Master’s in international business and project management from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce in Paris. He loves to spend time with his family and is passionate about basketball, skiing and mountain biking. Marc is fluent in German, French, Spanish, Luxembourgish and English.
