Niveditha Viswanathan

Based in Bangalore, Niveditha Viswanathan is active in Egon Zehnder’s Digital, Health, and Diversity & Inclusion practices. She draws on her strong management and consulting background to help companies identify and foster the high-quality individuals who will have the greatest impact and lead them to greater success.

Every person is a living story with a chapter that defines the arc of their overall life experience more than the others. I’m passionate about helping people find that key chapter and unlock their true potential.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Niveditha was the Vice President for Business Development and Strategic Alliances with HealthifyMe Wellness Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore, which runs India’s most popular health and fitness app. That was preceded by the roles of Assistant Vice President for Business Development at Vymo Inc., which has launched a smart assistant for enterprise field teams, and Head of Product Marketing & Sales at InMobi, a global provider of enterprise platforms for marketers, both also in Bangalore. She launched her career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Co. in New Delhi. Her work has taken her across Asia, Europe and the US.

Niveditha earned a B.Sc. (Honours) in physics from St. Stephen’s College of Delhi University and an MBA from Stanford University. She has led expert panels and published articles on start-up ecosystems and women in technology. Niveditha is also an active volunteer in projects to empower rural communities and enable sustainable travel. Outside work she is passionate about travelling with her husband, spending time in nature, reading, and listening to music. Niveditha is fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil.
