Vikram J S Arora co-leads the Financial Services and Industrial practices in the region, helping clients address critical leadership challenges. He is also active in the firm’s Private Equity and Family Business practices. Spending time across Singapore, Hong Kong, and India, he provides a range of senior leadership advisory services, including board consulting, C-suite succession, leadership assessment, and development. He is a certified coach and works with both individual leaders and teams on transformation journeys. Responsible leadership and inclusion in the workplace are subjects to which he is deeply committed.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Vikram worked in private equity in London as Director, LeapFrog Investments, leading investments and exits in key geographies for the firm. Before that, he served as Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank in London (previously Lehman Brothers Europe), where he focused on M&A, IPO, and capital market transactions across industrials, technology, and financial services sectors. Vikram began his career at Honeywell Inc., working in various engineering, strategy, and business-building roles across the U.S. and India. He has also filed two technology patents in the U.S. and co-founded the Culture Key App, which was featured as “Best New App” in the U.K. by Apple.
Vikram holds an MBA from London Business School, a Value Investing accreditation from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (with Distinction). Outside of work, when he is not reading to his children, you can find him playing golf, painting, or photographing wildlife, lost in the jungles of India.
