Mansi brings over 16 years of experience in the digital, media, and consumer technology sectors, with a strong track record of building and scaling new businesses and leading large-scale growth projects in dynamic and complex environments. She is passionate about shaping future-ready organizations and works closely with leadership teams to drive strategic transformation, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mansi was Head of Strategy at Navneet Futuretech Limited, a corporate-backed edtech startup, where she was part of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for incubating and launching two new ventures. Prior to that, she served as Chief Business Officer at Nua, where she led business development, partnerships, and team building as part of the Core Leadership Team. Mansi spent over six years at BookMyShow, leading Investments and Strategy within the CEO’s Office, where she played a key role in fundraising, strategic initiatives, and new business incubation. Earlier in her career she was part of the M&A and Corporate Strategy Team at The Times Group, working across diverse domains in media and entertainment.
Mansi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the United States and holds a Sloan MSc in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and young daughter, exploring new cultures, swimming, watching movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.
