A trusted advisor to her clients, Neha draws on over 15 years of experience across e-commerce, consumer technology, retail, and consulting to support organizations on leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation. She is known for her ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and align leadership with long-term business goals.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Neha co-founded SoulSensei, where she led customer experience and engagement for a pioneering platform in the spirituality space. Prior to that, she was Vice President at Nykaa and part of the company’s core leadership team. Earlier in her career, she worked at Booz & Company, advising clients across industries on strategy and transformation initiatives.
Neha earned her MBA from INSEAD, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Warwick, and a bachelor’s in economics and Statistics from the University of Mumbai. A certified Health Coach, she is passionate about wellness and fitness and has completed marathons in London and New York. She also enjoys golf, travel, good food and wine, and exploring opportunities for personal growth.
