Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alberto held several strategy, finance, and operational leadership roles at The Home Depot (Atlanta, USA), especially in e-commerce, retail media, and analytics. Earlier in his career, he led finance and strategy teams at Ahold Delhaize (Boston, USA) and advised on portfolio and growth strategy as part of PepsiCo’s Corporate Strategy Group (New York, USA). He began his career as a consultant at Kearney, serving Clients in Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
Alberto holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Business Administration from NOVA School of Business and Economics. Passionate about education and community, he has served on school boards in Boston and Atlanta. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, reading, exercising, and traveling.
