An active member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice Group, Abed Saleh applies his broad management and consulting experience across cultures to help clients discover and develop C-suite and board talent. He is particularly passionate about helping leaders cultivate deeper self-awareness and bring their authentic selves to their jobs, work with genuineness and act in harmony with their values and guiding principles. As a member of ez+, Egon Zehnder’s LGBTQ+ and allies community, Abed works closely with his clients to nurture diversity, equity and inclusion in their organizations.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Abed was with Hilti UK, most recently as a member of Hilti UK’s leadership team with P&L responsibility for UK-wide specialist sales after leading the implementation of that firm’s SaaS strategy across five Northern European countries as the Head of Software Marketing, with a remit covering marketing, sales and implementation. After joining Hilti, he initially served as a Liechtenstein-based Senior Corporate Development Manager leading strategic projects in the USA, Brazil, the Philippines and Germany. Earlier Abed was a Senior Associate with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) in Dubai, primarily advising energy clients.
Abed earned a BA in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from London Business School. He also completed an entrepreneurship development program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. In his free time, Abed enjoys building miniature models, painting and exploring cultures and cuisines.
