Miranda Pode is the Co-Leader of Egon Zehnder’s global Financial Services practice. She primarily serves clients in financial services, working to help them find CEOs, Operations and Risk leaders, Chief Marketing Officers and Chief Human Resources Officers who can transform financial services institutions for a market defined by customer centricity. Miranda is an executive coach and been designated as a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching for her deep development work with clients. She also acts as a trusted advisor to boards and CEOs, especially on diversity and inclusion, working with nominating committees to identify and recruit exceptional female directors. Miranda is part of Egon Zehnder’s Board Consulting, CEO and Human Resources practices, and formerly led the firm’s London office and the Financial Services Practice in the United Kingdom.

Leadership is hard. What I care about is finding great people and awaking the leader within them.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Miranda was with Marks & Spencer, where she led the marketing and strategy function for the £3 billion food division, was a member of the divisional executive committee and headed up the M&S Direct food business. Miranda started her career working in investor relations consulting in Boston and London.

Miranda earned an MBA from London Business School, an MA in American Studies from Boston College, and a BA (Hons) in American Studies from Nottingham University.
