Rebecca Rentoul, based in London, is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Board and Services Practice Groups, with a focus on Business Services, Transport & Logistics, Real Estate, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services. A trusted advisor, she supports clients on Board and team effectiveness and broader succession planning. Rebecca works with a variety of clients in the FTSE 350, private-equity backed portfolio businesses and privately held, family owned companies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rebecca worked for two boutique search firms, initially aligned to professional services before specialising in Board consulting.
Rebecca earned a BA in International Relations from the University of Leeds. She lives in London with her husband and their two children.
