Based in Los Angeles and Palo Alto, Guhan leads Egon Zehnder’s US Digital segment of the firm’s Technology and Consumer practices. He draws on more than two decades of direct-to-consumer internet experience growing digital P&Ls and managing significant digital transformation initiatives. Guhan has deep expertise operationalizing growth, diversifying revenue streams, productizing technologies and serving new market segments. He has a track record for building high impact cross-functional teams that have successfully grown digital businesses, making him a trusted advisor to clients.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Guhan served as a senior advisor to investment funds and growth-stage companies and COO at Omaze, a Series B start-up. Previously, he ran the US digital networks business for Discovery Communications while shepherding the company’s digital transformation. Prior to joining Discovery, Guhan oversaw Turner Broadcasting’s New Products Group, building innovative digital products across Turner’s portfolio of news, entertainment, sports and kids properties. Guhan is an Emmy award winner for multiplatform storytelling and the winner of several Webbys for best-in-class digital products.
Guhan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Tufts University.
