Matt Bohn, based in Los Angeles and the Southwest/Intermountain West region, is a seasoned operating executive and leadership advisor who works with clients in the technology, services, and private equity sectors to address a range of leadership, people, and organizational transformation issues. He brings a unique combination of c-level operating and people expertise to address complex business challenges and strategic imperatives.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Matt was the COO and CSO at Offerpad, a leading PE-backed real estate technology company, and previously served as CFO of Millennium Challenge Corporation, a global economic development and infrastructure fund. Earlier in his career, Matt worked in private equity investment, management consulting, and entrepreneurial roles at General Atlantic, Booz | Allen | Hamilton, and Infopattern, where he focused on software and tech-enabled services.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree from George Washington University. He brings a global perspective to his work having lived and worked in Latin America and Asia.
