Sarah Rome, based in Los Angeles, is a member of Egon Zehnder’s global Consumer, Digital, and CMO practices. She advises consumer, retail, and technology organizations on a broad range of talent management topics, including management assessment and development, board advisory, and executive search. Sarah has deep expertise working with branded, consumer-facing companies investing in their digital capabilities.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sarah held several leadership roles at Staples including Vice President of Merchandising. She began her career as a Consultant in Accenture’s Change Management Practice, based in San Francisco and Paris, where she advised retail, technology, and hospitality clients.
Sarah has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley in Spanish and Portuguese. She is an avid traveler who divides her time between the U.S. coasts. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, sailing, and spending weekends at the beach with her three children. She also regularly volunteers at their school.
