Henry Parker, based in Dubai, is a trusted advisor to clients from across the Middle East. With a focus on leadership advisory, he partners with organizations from a variety of industries on development and assessment of senior-level teams, individuals and cohorts. He is passionate about coaching senior leaders as they navigate complexity, harness opportunities and turn challenges into catalysts for growth.

Henry is a former British Army Officer and spent six years leading Gurkhas on global peacekeeping and humanitarian operations. Since leaving the military, Henry has applied his leadership experience to managerial roles at JP Morgan and Deloitte. At JP Morgan, he worked across the Corporate and Investment Bank to support in the execution of digital strategies. His time at Deloitte saw him lead diverse teams delivering large-scale strategy and transformation projects across Europe and the Middle East.
Before commissioning from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Henry earned a BA in Geography from Durham University and is a certified executive coach, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Outside of work, Henry is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys sailing, scuba diving and hiking.
