Camila Thomé, based in New York, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice Group. With vast experience across banking, digital payments, and financial institutions, she supports clients on executive search, succession, and leadership advisory. With a strong interest in governance and in helping organizations build the leadership needed to navigate change and create long-term value, Camila brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every assignment.

Before rejoining Egon Zehnder, Camila worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), supporting financial inclusion and climate advisory projects across Latin America and served on the board of a nonprofit focused on housing and social services. Previously, she spent three years with Egon Zehnder across São Paulo, New York and Montreal, serving clients across financial services and the public and social sector. Prior to that, she led process optimization teams at Santander Brazil. Camila began her career in consumer goods and civil engineering.
Camila holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul in Brazil. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, especially exploring U.S. national parks, which have become some of her favorite places to recharge and discover new landscapes.
