Lena Triantogiannis leads Egon Zehnder’s Accelerated Integration Practice and co-led the development of the firm’s proprietary approach to this and to senior leadership development. Based in New York, she advises boards and CEOs on a wide array of people decisions including board composition and effectiveness, CEO appointments, and assessment and development of leaders and teams. Combining business experience, talent-advisory expertise, and coaching skills, Lena also guides leaders to greater performance. Lena works with public, private equity-backed, and family-owned businesses in the consumer, financial services, industrial, and health sectors and is active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO, Board Consulting, and Executive Assessment and Development practices. She previously co-led the firm’s Global Innovation Practice.

My passion lies in identifying and supporting leaders in their effort to step up to greatness. When they take on new roles or aim to make shifts in their identities, I walk with them through these journeys to ensure these transitions are successful.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lena was Regional Marketing Manager for the Coca-Cola Company. She developed her career in finance and marketing at Procter & Gamble.
