Marylin Prince, based in New York, leads the Asset & Wealth Management Practice in the US. She brings broad executive search experience advising a range of clients—including asset managers, hedge funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and insurance companies—on critical senior leadership needs. Marylin has recruited CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, investment professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and board members. Her approach is anchored in communication, transparency, integrity, and strong execution—principles that have earned her trusted and lasting client relationships.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Marylin co-founded The Prince Houston Group, an executive search firm specializing in asset and wealth management, which was acquired by Egon Zehnder in 2025. She began her executive recruiting career at Russell Reynolds Associates, after earlier roles at ITT, Citicorp in New York, and Bank of America in Los Angeles.
Marylin holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts from Elmira College. Alongside her consulting work, she was a member of the Director’s Council at the Whitney Museum and a former Trustee of the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation.
