Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rahul spent a decade with McKinsey & Company in their People & Organization Practice. He began his career as a Business Analyst in the Delhi office and later moved to New York, where he rose to Expert Associate Partner and led McKinsey’s global talent strategy and workforce planning service line.
Rahul earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. In his free time, he loves to travel with his wife on annual cross-continent bike rides. He is also an avid football fan.
