Eileen Fodje, based in San Francisco, is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory Services team. Eileen works across industries and has a strong track record of designing and embedding succession and leadership development frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines over time. A defining focus of her work is guiding high-stakes leadership transitions, helping executives establish credibility, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and translate strategic expectations into impact.

Eileen previously served as the firm’s Leadership Advisory Specialist and was a member of the Global Expert Leadership Team, helping shape the strategy and operations of the leadership advisory business. Earlier in her career, she worked across the education sector and within economic consulting.
Eileen holds a BA in Ecology, Biodiversity, and French, as well as an MBA. She is certified in administering a range of psychometric tools and in Robert Kegan’s Immunity to Change facilitation, supporting leaders in overcoming hidden barriers to change and adaptability. Outside of work, she enjoys reading philosophy, spending time outdoors, and cooking for family and friends.
