Masha Lisak, based in San Francisco, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice Group, with a focus on executive coaching and team development. Drawing on extensive experience across venture capital, private wealth management, professional services, and the social sector, she works with leaders to strengthen their effectiveness, expand their capacity, and lead with greater clarity. Her thoughtful, exploratory approach is rooted in the belief that leaders grow best when they feel both understood and constructively challenged.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Masha founded and led Limen Leadership, her own executive coaching and leadership advisory firm. Earlier in her career, she worked at Omidyar Network as Manager of Learning & Impact. She began her career at Hall Capital Partners (now Pathstone) in portfolio management.
Masha holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BA from Stanford University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with additional certifications in integral coaching, adult development, and futures thinking. Outside of work, Masha enjoys hiking, listening to audiobooks, and solving word puzzles, and is a published poet.
