Connect With Me

Min Matson, based in San Francisco, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Health and Private Capital Practice Groups. He is a trusted advisor to leaders, helping organizations find and develop the right executives and board members to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change. With deep experience in leadership, governance, and organizational strategy, he partners with clients to identify leaders who not only bring the right expertise but also foster cultures of inclusion, innovation, and impact.

I am passionate about building genuine, trust-based connections where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to tap into their strengths, bring big ideas to life, and create meaningful change.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Min served as a Director in PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice, where he spearheaded strategy and leadership programs across various sectors, including private capital and healthcare. He also led Point B’s Health and Life Sciences practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his consulting career, Min held significant leadership positions within the healthcare ecosystem, contributing his expertise to renowned organizations such as Scripps Health, Presbyterian Health, and San Francisco Health Plan.

Min holds a master’s degree from the University of California in San Diego, and is certified as a PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and DEI in the Workplace. Outside of work, Min enjoys theater performances of all kinds, from Broadway musicals to opera, and especially everything his child performs in. He serves on the boards of the SF LGBT Center and AnnieCannons, Inc., the finance committee for NCLR, and volunteers with his child’s Cub Scout pack.
