Thais Junqueira is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice. Based in São Paulo, she has deep expertise in management and advises clients in education, digital, health, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Thais led the Brazilian branch of Knewton, an adaptive-learning company. Previously, she was Executive Director of Fundação Estudar, a Brazilian nonprofit. Earlier in her career, Thais was Program Coordinator at Fundacão BRAVA, which supports public-management projects in Brazil.
Thais has a BA in administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MA in international comparative education from Stanford University, which she attended on a full scholarship from the Lemann Fellowship. She is on the board of Instituto Ser+, a nongovernment organization that helps low-income and socially vulnerable young people in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro find employment. She is a marathon runner and enjoys reading fiction and biographies in her spare time.
