Matea Osojnik, based in Seattle, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice. Focusing on the aerospace, space, and technology industries, she brings deep experience in technology and digital transformation leadership, P&L, and general management responsibility across advanced manufacturing environments. Her consulting approach is grounded in first principles and systems thinking, shaped by an engineering background and refined through leadership roles, allowing her to quickly identify the few decisions that truly matter by integrating technical, organizational, and human context to drive durable outcomes.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Matea held senior leadership roles at SEKISUI Aerospace, integrating full P&L ownership with an enterprise technology strategy to drive performance in complex manufacturing environments. At TTF Aerospace she held revenue responsibility for major aerospace programs, leading customer negotiations and contributed to strategic growth initiatives. She began her career as General Manager at Enikon Aerospace.
Matea holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb. She has also completed professional coach training through the Seattle Coach Training and Development Program. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, outdoor activities, dance, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
