Before joining Egon Zehnder, Nahomi worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Japan, where she worked on corporate transformation initiatives with a focus on change management and organizational development. Prior to that, she spent seven years at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where she focused on overseas subsidiary management.
Nahomi holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
