Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jessica held various leadership roles at Scotiabank, most recently as the VP Channel Transformation. In that role, she led the cross-channel transformation across branch, digital, virtual advice and contact centre businesses. Prior to Scotiabank, Jessica worked at Monitor Deloitte and Aimia, where she focused on customer experience design, loyalty, and digital transformation.
Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from McGill University and an MBA from Queen’s University. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two young children.
